Leadership

Andy serves as the Pastor of Church Together, a position he has held since the church's inception in 2014. He is an established bridge-builder who loves to bring people together to make an impactful difference across Central Florida. He loves to preach, teach, nurture, and connect people toward their God-given potential.

The common theme among the activities that Andy gives time to is that they all pursue his life passions: caring for people, bringing people together, and creating positive change in communities and cultures. Andy currently serves in the following areas of community life.

• He is the Chairman of the Board of Nayba U.S. a global ministry that empowers and helps churches

quantify their community impact through "Nayba Journey." He has a passion for supporting and building the local church worldwide. Additionally, he serves on NAYBA’s Global Board.

• Andy is also the chaplain for Orlando’s Major League Soccer Team, Orlando City, providing support and care for professional athletes and staff within the soccer community.
• His work in professional sports has led him to become a founding board member and executive team

member of the Pro-Soccer Chaplains Association, a collective group committed to accrediting, equipping, and uniting soccer chaplains nationwide. Within this role he provides leadership to Chaplains in Major League Soccer.

• He serves as a chaplain within the Casselberry Police Department, distributing care to law enforcement personnel and our local community. He also serves as a founding member of the Casselberry Police Foundation Board.
• Andy serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Seminole and leads the annual Leadership Summit, which brings together some of the County’s most dynamic leaders to develop their leadership skills.
• Locally, he offers leadership within the Sports for the Kids Board.
• Andy is co-host of the bi-monthly uber-local podcast What's Up, Casselberry and a regular on-air guest on Shepherd Radio.

He has previously been actively involved in the local school system, where he served for several years on the School District’s Business Advisory Board and, most recently, on the School’s Equity and Inclusion Board. He was voted as Casselberry’s Citizen of the Year in 2020 and 2024.

Pastor Andy is a strategic thinker, a sought-after speaker, and has an uncommon ability to connect people together for significant purposes. He values truth, diligence, integrity, and commitment. Sacrifice and submission impress him, and people of hope and vision energize him.

Andy was born, raised, and educated in the United Kingdom. He has been married to Tracie since 2000, and they have two fantastic adult children, Bethany and Jonathan.

Tracy became the Administrator of Church Together in 2018. She has worked in the accounting field for over 25 years and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at UCF in 2018 and also earned her CPA licenses in 2021.  
 
Her duties mainly involve overseeing the finances, church budget, payroll, and handling the church records. She also assists with coordinating, planning, and executing church events and services.  
 
She and her husband have been married for close to 30 years, and have been blessed with two sons, one daughter, one granddaughter, and a grandson arriving in January 2024. Her hobbies include maintaining a 90-gallon saltwater aquarium and nurturing plants which have taken over her home.

Michael has over two decades of worship leading experience and has been with Pastor Andy at Church Together from its beginning. He is passionate about using music to help bring others closer to God. During the week, he teaches band and orchestra at Lake Como School in Orange County. His heart for teaching fits in with Church Together’s mission for ministering to our community. Michael and his wife Heather have been happily married since 1998 and stay busy raising three wonderful children- one in college, high school, and middle school.

Stephanie joined the Church Together team in the summer of 2023 as the Family Ministry Director. She teaches the “Jump!” program for our kids every Sunday and loves to incorporate our lessons into games and crafts. She also hopes to help develop the youth program in a way that helps cater to every age group.

Stephanie has been working with children and youth for the last 10 years, previously leading summer camps, after school programs, and youth groups.  She finds so much joy in just having fun with them, and helping them see how much they’re worth and how much God loves them.

Steph has been married to her husband Brandon for over 4 years and they are blessed with a beautiful daughter, Ophelia. They love to go to Disney and dress up, and the Sesame Street friends have become a part of their family now. They are very excited to be a part of the Church Together family and are looking forward to see what God has in store for them.

Adeemir and Helena serve Church Together by supporting our family life ministries.

From Bible studies to potlucks, if it involves people getting together they are involved. The majority of their efforts are centered around making sure every individual knows that Church Together is more than just a service. It means connecting to God and divining into a meaningful community with one another.

Adeemir has served in family ministries for over 10 years and is excited to bring that experience to the life of the church. Helena holds two masters degrees and in the words of her husband “keeps us focused and goal oriented, so that we can serve the church in the best way possible…she is also amazing.”

Both of our leaders are bi-vocational, but that doesn’t stop them from being invested and available! It just means that their calendar skills have to be top notch, which is exactly what the role calls for.

Adeemir and Helena have one dog, one cat, and a baby on the way!

James oversees all of the technical aspects of our worship services and events. This includes assisting with audio & visuals each Sunday, managing our website and mobile app, and creating graphics & designs.

James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and has over 15 years of experience in the areas of digital media. web development, & communications. In addition to his involvement at Church Together, he currently serves as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Wycliffe Bible Translators in Orlando, Florida.

In his spare time, he enjoys long runs outside in the Florida heat, cooking & learning new recipes, and reading thriller & fantasy novels.
